Warranty/Returns

Vision offers a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. We can only process warranties for products purchased directly from visionsoftboards.com. Purchases made at a store or another vendor must be processed by them.   

Your Vision warranty does NOT cover:

- Exposure to excessive heat. Heat can damage the shape and lamination of the board

- Creasing of the deck or the slick - Water absorption

- Accidental or forceful damage to the board

- Over-flexed or broken boards

- Damage caused by leashes or other accessories

- Dents or depressions from the rider or foreign objects

- The print on this board will self-destruct with time and use

- Some sunscreens and lotions MAY affect the print on this board

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased, Vision will exchange or refund the item within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as:

- You have proof of purchase and the products are returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged

- The product you are returning is part of our current range

- You return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us at your own cost.

Return Process/Instructions

- Contact Customer Service and receive your return authorisation and shipping address.

- Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please ensure that all boxed items are securely packaged.

- Post the product with proof of purchase.

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked courier service for all refund and exchange items as we assume no responsibility for lost items.

Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be fully processed.

Damaged Freight

Thank you for refusing your board if it was damaged upon delivery. Please return the package to the driver if you haven't already.

Unfortunately, if you do not refuse the package on arrival, this cannot be covered under insurance & no recourse will be actioned.
