Shipping & Delivery FAQ's
We currently only ship to the UK. All Orders placed on Next Day to All Northern Ireland Locations, Scottish Highlands Postcodes and all other Islands will be moved onto a 3 Day Service. As this is the quickest way to deliver to these areas.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.
Do I need to sign for my order?
If you select our Next Working Day delivery service please note:
Orders sent by FEDEx or DPD will not be left at an unattended address. If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left and the order will be redirected to the nearest depot. You are then responsible for collecting/rearranging the parcel.
If you are not home during the day we recommend using a work address. When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.
Important information
Please check for any damages to the package and its contents before signing for your parcel. Unfortunately, if you do not refuse a damaged item on arrival, it cannot be covered under insurance & no recourse will be actioned.
All quoted delivery times are based on “business days”, which excludes bank holidays and weekends.
Tracked/Next Day services are not guaranteed by the provider, just a guideline.
For next day delivery the order must be placed before 12pm for same day despatch.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working business day.
